This versatility caters to larger gym settings, where multiple athletes require quick customization of dumbbells to suit their individual preferences Instead of storing a complete set of traditional dumbbells, the Loadable Dumbbell Bar provides loadable sleeve lengths of 100mm enabling weight adjustments in their dumbbell training using standard Olympic plates as increments. It imitates a standard Olympic Bar in terms of a Handle/Shaft Diameter of 28mm and a Sleeve diameter of 50mm compatible with Standard Olympic Plates. It features a fully knurled straight handle/shaft with 1.2mm diamond knurl and weighs 5kg.
