Specifications: Organoleptic description: The wine is produced from the soft pressing of the grapes with the must separated from the skins. Secondary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Sensory profile appearance: The wine has lovely pale yellow color with greenish tinges and a fine, fruity noise with hints of hawthorn flowers and a dry, well-balanced, clean and quite persistent palate; it also has a good level of acidity giving it a certain freshness. Palate: Lively with flavors of green apple and white peach. Food matches: It makes an excellent aperitif, being fruity, elegant and light. It is perfect with Italian-style starters made with fish, tigelle, vegetables and eggs. It goes well with all types of dishes, but particularly with white meats and young cheeses, which bring out the best in it; it is a natural partner to tortellini in brodo!
